WEEK 18


I. Quote for hotel rooms that are available with cheapest price options.

II. Quote for multi-destinations flight options.

III. Find a suitable hall rental services for 30 pax senior citizens.



IV. Quote for first class vehicle for the use of ground transfer.



V. Search for train tickets in France.



VI. Design train company promotional pages.




WEEK 19


I. Quote for accommodation and airport transfer plus booking.

II. Quote for car usage at Abu Dhabi.

III. Quote for service apartment nearby KLCC, Bukit Bintang or KL Bird Park.



IV. Save company profile in Microsoft Excel.



V. Ask for driver details from Talixo.



Week 20


I. Proceed to book with Malindo flight flying from KUL to BOM airport on 12 Nov 2019.

II. Search for the suitable supplies that provide e-train ticket services in China.



III. Enroll the course in TBO Academy "Managing Organizational Change".


IV. Quote for airport transfer in India.

V. Quote for Turkey package of 2 adults and 1 infant (19 - 21 Jan 2020).

How to get cheapest airfares among various airlines company within the same/ different departure and return date ?


I. Determine passenger details. (pax,ages,gender, nationality, preferences: date of departure and return/cost-conscious; purpose of traveling, frequent/non-frequent traveler)



II. Determine departure and arrival destination.



III. Search through Google flights to opt for the cheapest rate. (for cost-conscious traveler without specifying traveling date)



or

choose directly from supplier site (specific departure + return date)


IV. Look through the options and get the cheapest rate.





V. Visit the airlines company profile directly or book through supplier site. (which applicable)





VI. Adds-on services/seats upgrade.


VII. Proceed to checkout pages by filling passenger details and other related information.



VIII. Ascertain the information before proceeding to checkout pages.


VIV. Soon, you will receive a email (invoice) from the airline/the supplier indicate that your booking has been confirmed.



VV. Download and edit the invoice by using Foxit PhantomPDF 8.0 before sending to the clients. Remove all the fares and charges shown, text link, airline's personnel contact no and other wording declaring legal liabilities (airlines) etc...

VVI. Add Company Logo (which relevance) and convert it into PDF format ahead of reaching customer.

How to create a Half-Board Package for different type of tourist?



I. Determine how many pax (? adults /? Chlidren / ? Infant), nationality, the purpose of traveling, price range, date of traveling, and places that wish to travel.




II. Determine whether the package include flight, bus or others types of transportation. Next, search for ground transportation (online/offline suppliers) (if applicable)

III. Choose for accommodation based on client's preferences. (Search from Google maps) for the exactly location. For example: nearby to the airport or city.








IV. Select the best option from the drop-down list. (budget / luxury accommodation)




V. Search the rate for accommodation from different suppliers to get the competitive price. REMEMBER!!! Need to deduct the commission allowed to get the cost price.











VI. Next, study on the tour. This may include transfer (one/two-way) with/without guide, entrance ticket (theme park, zoo, amusement park, theatre, cable car etc...)

Entrance ticket: (from Klook or directly through the Web pages)









VII. Put all the information into same Microsoft World file and mention what's included and what's not included in the packages, accommodation details, flight details, and tour details.
















    VII. Put all the costing in Microsoft Excel.





  VIII. Mark up all the price with 15% (may be varied)



VIV. Sum up the price with mark up.



VV. The selling price would be RM 11,266.55 but try to convert it to the nearest ten.

VVI. RM 11,270 is the selling price . Put the price into Microsoft World file and export it into PDF form before sending to the clients. (Double Check!!!)
