Board of Charters

The board of charter is a policy document that clearly stated the respective roles, authorities and duty of the board of directors (for both individually and collectively) and management in setting the guideline, the management along with rules for control of the establishment.

With the common duty and responsibilities of boards are been completely set up, the assumptions on directors have greatly impact due to the uncertainty face from the view of corporate. Directors are now required to train themselves with a greater alertness and professional cynicism in understanding and defining the best pathway of the business.


The Malaysia Code on Corporate Governance

The Malaysia Code on Corporate (MCCG) was proposed in 2000. It is a significant tool for corporate governance reform as it help to bring an positive corporate governance practices of companies.

The MCCG reflects global law and internationally accepted mores of corporate governance which are above and beyond the minimum required by statute, regulations or those set by Bursa Malaysia.
