CONCLUSION

Over my 20 weeks of internship period I learnt to practically apply what I gain from classroom and those I never been pass through into my real-working life. I understand that I should keep fitness for both my physical and mental plus concentrate on my job. Although working under a SME's company could be a riddle for me, but ultimately I grasp lots of useful knowledge and experiences. As a whole, I would like to conclude that industrial training program does help student more than a few as it could aid on building their self-reliant, integrity and maturity. Considering that student are no more pampering by their lecturer and they are require to adapt to a new working environment. Besides that, they are expected to stick to the working hours each day compare to study life by which the lecturer have to wait for the students to enter the class. Eventually, student are train to become a capable and highly skill workers which mostly company are looking for. Besides that, student are clear about their future pathway either choose to continue study in the same industry or seek for a better options otherwise continue to join as a workforce.
