During my internship period at Zeto Travel Sdn Bhd, I've been assigned with some task including:
1. Organizing tour and binding separate key items together and selling it to retail travel agencies so that they could sell to travelers.
2. Designing and developing a tour including identifying suitable itinerary, arranging for tour escorts, as well as reserving for transportation and accommodation base on customer preference.
3. Designing own packages or specializing in a particular area of tour design or marketing.
4. Selling separately key tourism product to customer including arrange for ground transportation, airport transfer, point-to-point transfer, car rental service, airline tickets, bus tickets, ferry tickets, accommodation, entrance ticket, full or half day tour and other related services.
5. Editing and issuing voucher to travel agencies or real customer, for instance ground transportation, airport transfer, accommodation and others.
6. Using social media as a platform and designing creative company profile pages.
7. Handling customer issues with courtesy and professionalism via phone call, chats or sending email.
8. Frequently searching for tour and activities that are both unique and authentic to meet different client's tastes and requirements.
9. Collaborating with both local and overseas tour specialist who offer online transaction services.
