Week 1


I.Design and arrange accommodation, transfer and administration tickets for customers. 



II.Check additional baggage fees, flights details
(1 way/direct/transit/transfer), layover time, seat class, cancellation policies, penalties and other related charges.






III. Promptly reply to customer's issue or complaints in a kind manner when there is some problem arise such ad hotel is fully booked.

IV. Change Pre-booked ground transportation 
(point-to-point) based on customer's request.

V. Mark up the cost price and sent it to the clients.

VI.Design company profile's picture by using Canva.

Week 2


I. Reorganize different sources of information into systematic order.




II.Quote for transfer(point-to-point) from either online or offline suppliers.

III.Find online suppliers under different categories and request for quotation.

IV.Discover the meaning of "airport transfer" using manual handout.



V. Quote for hotel/apartment that located nearest to the meeting central.

VI.Compare different airlines within same departure date to get the cheapest price.




VII. Identify different types of website under accommodation and study on their pros and cons.

Week 3


I. Edit the voucher (KLOOK) with passenger name for both two-ways (Awana Sky Way Gondola Cable Car) Genting Highland . 





II. Quote for the cheapest packages (3D2N) at Bali(3pax) . 

III. Quote for the transfer in UK . 



IV. Receive enquiry from Global Voyages regarding the transfer, pick up/drop off (airport - hotel) and entrance fees. 

V. Find the most convenient plus economic ferry services for both Batam Centre to Belungkor
(return transfer) . 



VI. Discover overnight car park charge at the jetty terminal . 

VII. Look for Japanese tour guide instead of English tour guide base in Langkawi .

Week 4


I. Reply customer confirmation via email in a professional way without alternating the truth meaning.




II. Attend TBO Academy's course "Art of Selling" before qualified to get the certificate .

III. Quote for the package price and sent to the client via email . 


IV. Compare the price for the same hotel that was 
pre-booked earlier and select the cheapest option
(new rates) while canceling the previous booking 
(with free cancellation). 

V. Save the login details in Microsoft word file.

VI.Turn the information display from the websites into an easy understanding text format.

Week 5



I.Quote for the best rates for 5 adults travelling around 20th Aug and onward. 


II. Study on the coursework from TBO Academy and answer the quiz before granting with certificate.



III. Prepare a package of 8D7Ns for two pax base in 
KL and Cameron Highland.

IV. Quote for pilgrimage package (accommodation only) in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
